The beast, Moder, a forsaken one of the Mountain, haunted the land until it fell on the 959th day of the world. Grimbly, Charleif, Lóa, Asbjorn, S'aeien, Okkrleif, Sködir, Zærø, Ravena, Hel and Rosir went after it. Lóa struck the hardest blows, dealing 2817 wounds before Moder felled Rosir, Zærø and Okkrleif; Charleif was taken by a Wolf. The hall sang of it until the longfire died.
